Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles are an American football team founded in 1933. They are one of four teams of the East Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). They have won three NFL titles, but have no Super Bowl rings yet. However, they have won the NFC East division four consecutive times (2001-2004) and appeared in five NFC Championship Games in the past 8 years.

The Eagles play each and every one of their home games at Lincoln Financial Field.

Here are some influential players for the Philadelphia Eagles...past and present!

Chuck Bednarik, #60 played linebacker and center from 1949-1962. He played in 169 games and was 8x Pro Bowl selection and 10x All-Pro selection.

Reggie White, #92 played defensive end for the Eagles from 1985-1992. As an Eagle, he recorded 124 sacks, was selected to the Pro Bowl 7 times, was a 7x All-Pro selection, and NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1987.

Brian Westbrook, #36 was drafted by the Eagles in the 2002 NFL draft. Since then he has earned his way to become the starting running back for the team. He was an All-Pro selection in 2007 and selected to play in the Pro-Bowl in 2004 and 2007. He has rushed for 5,721 yards, made 401 receptions for 3,609 yards, and has 64 touchdowns.

Brian Dawkins, #20 played safety for the Eagles from 1996-2008. He was a 7x Pro-Bowl selection and a 5x All-Pro selection. He recorded 936 tackles, 21 sacks, and 34 interceptions in his Eagles career.

Donovan McNabb, #5 was drafted by the Eagles in 1999. As the team's quarterback and leader, he has been a 5x Pro-Bowl selection and was the 2004 NFC Offensive Player of the Year. He has thrown for 29,320 yards and 194 touchdowns.
